Mileștii Mici Winery

Mileștii Mici Winery, located about 20 km south of Chișinău, is one of the most spectacular wine attractions in the Republic of Moldova. Founded in 1969, it houses the world’s largest wine collection, recognized by the Guinness World Records, with over 1.5 million bottles. Its underground galleries, carved into limestone, stretch over an impressive 200 kilometers, forming a true underground “wine city,” where a constant temperature of 12–14°C ensures ideal conditions for storing and aging wines. Mileștii Mici is included in the UNESCO Tentative List and attracts thousands of tourists from around the world each year.
